In a conservation area, on the edge of the Peak District National Park, yet only 5 minutes drive from the antiques and amenities of Leek, the house features a large south facing garden overlooking woods and hills with canal frontage ( gated access ).The perfect place to enjoy time with Friends or family. Barbeques, alfresco dining, bird watching, walking, cycling, fishing or even canoeing , there's something for every member of the family.

Two pubs are within an easy 10 minute walk (one canalside) and if you want to keep walking then the house is located on "The Staffordshire Way" trail with lots of lovely walks right from the doorstep.
The house has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 plus cot(s). All bedrooms feature handmade, wrought iron beds, 2 of them kingsize and the 3rd a twin room with 2 singles.

You will find a well equipped kitchen with adjoining dining area offering views over the garden, fireplaces and seating area. There is also a cosy sitting room with Laura Ashley sofas and woodburning stove.
The house bathroom has bath, electric shower over, wc, sink and bidet. There is an additional w/c on the ground floor.

Outside there is a paved area with excellent quality garden furniture and barbeque.
